Fifth-Grade Transition

Dear Future Jefferson Middle School Families,

Greetings from Jefferson Middle School!

We are looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our school community.

To begin this process, we want to introduce you to the middle school schedule, course offerings, interdisciplinary teams, and transition in general. Please click here for the presentation.

In the next few weeks, our Jefferson Middle School counselors will be meeting with the fifth graders to share information about sixth-grade course selections for the upcoming year. During these meetings, students will obtain scheduling information and an electronic copy of the course description booklet, learn how to register for classes on Dashboard, and have all their questions answered. Students will, in turn, be asked to share this information with you and ask for your help in completing the course selection process.
