About the PTA

Welcome to the Jefferson Middle School PTA!

 

Our goal is to help the teachers and staff enhance and enrich the education experience of each and every student at Jefferson Middle School. We raise funds that are used to support all students attending JMS. The programs we support are educational, cultural, and most importantly, enhance our student's experience in and out of the classroom. 

We hope you will join the PTA and support our efforts by volunteering, making a donation, or participating in our fundraisers. Please visit the Membership or Forms section below to access the membership form. You will have an option to be included in our directory when you sign up.

Jefferson PTA is a unit member of the Mt. Lebanon Council PTA, the Pennsylvania PTA, and the National PTA.

Highlights of events the JMS PTA has financially supported so far this school year:

  • Teacher Welcome Back Celebration
  • 6th and 7th grade field trips and class enrichment
  • 8th grade Career Day, High Notes Festival, and Art All Day
  • Talent Show
  • Art Show
  • JMS Gardens
  • International Night

We also support additional events by providing volunteers for Picture Day, 8th Grade Recognition, and much more!
